Business enterprises with anuual sales in excess
of $20 million |
| Sufficient cash flow to service the debt obligation |
| Financial analysis based on both historical and projected operating performance results |
| Assets to be financed or leased must be integral to the business operation |
Audited or reviewed financial statements for the past 3 years and most recent internal interims with comparables.
If audited or reviewed financial statements have not been completed then 3 years tax returns would be required. |
